Description

You will take full responsibility for preparing, calculating, and validating franchise compensation for the entire franchise network—from primary data checks and consolidation through the final distribution of materials to franchise partners. The role also includes connecting and cleaning heterogeneous internal and external data sources, maintaining Power BI dashboards, delivering weekly and monthly reports, and supporting automation by translating business requests into technical specifications and participating in testing new functionality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, calculate, and ensure the correctness of franchise compensation for the network (including communication with field managers and accounting)
• Collect, prepare, and consolidate non-uniform internal and external data sources into unified datasets (including working with external vendors)
• Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports for partners and headquarters
• Manage and update Power BI dashboards and respond to ad-hoc analytical requests
• Define requirements and technical specifications for automation, translate business needs into structured tasks, and participate in testing new features

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the field
• Advanced T-SQL skills for querying and database data analysis
• Solid command of Power BI technologies: DAX, Power Query/M, and Power BI Desktop (MS Fabric and Power BI Service knowledge is an advantage)
• Excellent Excel skills for large datasets, data verification, and quick ad-hoc checks
• Strong organizational and communication abilities (explain calculation logic and collaborate with partners)
• Analytical and statistical thinking, precision, strong attention to detail, and reliability with sensitive data
• Retail or franchise network experience is beneficial
