Business Analyst-Cassiopae

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate has extensive business requirements analysis experience, particularly in the banking sector, and a strong understanding of financing, lease, loan, and customer onboarding processes. The Business Analyst will bridge business stakeholders and the development team to support delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough business requirements analysis to identify and document organizational needs.
• Facilitate workshops with product owners and business stakeholders to gather comprehensive business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into measurable, testable functional use cases and specification documents.
• Clearly communicate functional requirements and design to the development team for accurate implementation.
• Prepare detailed test cases and execute end-to-end, functional, and API testing; develop test strategy documents.
• Monitor and ensure the functional quality and stability of applications in the production environment.
• Serve as the feature team lead, overseeing application developments and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and requirements.
• Participate in Agile methodologies, using use cases and feature-driven requirements-capturing techniques.
• Create user stories in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) format to support clear understanding and acceptance criteria.

Profile Required

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, focused on the banking sector.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with Cassiopae Technologies.
• Strong knowledge of the Cassiopae leasing application.
• Strong knowledge of financing, lease, loan, and customer onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, including requirements capture through use cases and feature-driven approaches.
• Proven experience creating user stories using BDD-based methodologies.
• Understanding of retail banking and expertise in persona-based authentication and authorization.
• Knowledge of APIs and API testing for functionality and integration validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
