Physician - Hospitalist

Practice Details

A full-time Hospital Medicine physician is sought to join the Hospital Medicine department. The Hospitalist Service has a broad patient scope and includes medical consultation for surgical and non-surgical subspecialty patients, with an average daily census of 8–10 patients.

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Approximately 14 shifts per month; not a standard 7-on/7-off role
• Trauma Level 4 medical campus with a 31-bed, full-service hospital
• 6-bed open ICU
• Access to more than 25 onsite specialties
• Procedures are not required
• Physicians are encouraged to participate in medical education and research.
