If you're excited to contribute to a newly formed team, we'd love to hear from you!What will you be doing?Design and architect core components of our Playwright-based test automation frameworkLead platform engineering decisions and establish architectural best practicesMentor junior software engineers and conduct technical code reviewsDevelop comprehensive testing strategies for complex feature setsOptimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability across the platformDiagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and framework issuesCollaborate with product and engineering teams to define testability requirementsEvaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and engineering techniquesEstablish and maintain test data management and infrastructure strategiesDrive documentation, knowledge sharing, and engineering standardsManage technical debt and refactor systems for scale and performanceWhat are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)+ 3 years of experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot / Spring Framework, and at least 5 years total experience in the software development fieldDemonstrated ability to architect and lead technical initiativesProven ability to architect and maintain large-scale software systemsStrong software engineering fundamentals with focus on code quality and scalabilityLeadership capability without requiring formal management titleInitiative to identify and solve problems proactivelyPassion for continuous improvement and staying current with engineering practicesCollaborative approach to working across teamsAbility to balance pragmatism with technical excellenceExperience advocating for quality and engineering rigor within organizationsProficiency in Polish and English is required for this roleWhat will make you stand out?Previous experience in test automation with Playwright and/or SeleniumTech stackCore Platform: Java 21, Maven, TestNG, Extent Reports, Custom Playwright FrameworkInfrastructure & Deployment: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GitHub/BitbuckeArchitecture & Patterns: Google Guice, Page Object Model, Data-driven Design, Excel/JSON/XML, OpenCSVData & Search: Elastic Search, OpenSearch, Jackson JSON, SQL DatabasesAWS Services: S3, Secrets Manager, STS, RDS (IAM Auth)Libraries & Integrations: Lombok, LaunchDarkly, Xray, PDF Processing, Image ProcessingWhat do we offer?🏢💻Hybrid Framework - The best of both worlds!
