Description

Work on a transformational Identity & Access Management (IAM) program that combines cloud-native solutions with complex enterprise requirements. The role focuses on ensuring scalable, secure workflows across Google Cloud Platform and advancing identity security on a global scale.

Main responsibilities

  • Define and maintain comprehensive test strategies covering approach, environment, scope, risks, and resource planning.
  • Lead automation testing and establish standards and best practices for AI-driven test generation, analysis, and self-healing systems.
  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve automated test frameworks and scripts for IAM applications, including AI workflows, orchestration, and event-driven architectures.
  • Validate functions, decision logic, and policy-as-code in complex cloud-native environments.
  • Plan and oversee testing of APIs, Pub/Sub pipelines, cloud services, and policy compliance, maintaining traceability from requirements to outcomes.
  • Generate regulatory evidence and detailed reports; communicate progress and issues to senior stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering quality and innovation.
  • Integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated tests, report generation, and result notifications to support shift-left testing.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams on scenarios, test data, and acceptance criteria.

Required qualifications

  • More than 5 years of automation testing experience in IAM projects.
  • Strong backend automation expertise with Python and Pytest, including leadership of automation initiatives.
  • Experience testing functions and decision logic defined as code, including policy-as-code.
  • Deep knowledge of event-driven platforms, including Pub/Sub, Kafka, queues, and batch processing.
  • Hands-on experience with SCIM, REST API, LDAP, OIDC, and CSV.
  • Expertise in policy-based testing frameworks: RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, and PBAC.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and shift-left testing practices, particularly GitHub.
  • Cloud testing methodology expertise, particularly in Google Cloud Platform; exposure to AWS, Azure, and other cloud services.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Zephyr.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capability.

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of AI governance, explainability, and responsible AI principles.
  • Exposure to n8n or GenAI integrations in QA.
  • Experience testing GraphDB (Neo4j), OPA/Rego policies, and HashiCorp Vault.
  • Familiarity with containerized test execution and performance analysis tools, such as NeoLoad and Gatling.
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, GitOps repositories, or session management services.
  • Understanding of governance, auditing controls, and compliance testing.
