Description

As a Senior Cloud-Native Identity Engineer – IAM & Microservices, you will lead the transformation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities by delivering scalable, secure, and resilient identity services within a multi-year program. You will develop and operate cloud-native identity services and platform components, build microservices and event-driven integrations, and implement authentication, authorization, and identity federation for Human Identity, Agent Identity, and Workload Identity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cloud-native identity services and platform components with high performance and security
  • Build APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations for enterprise IAM capabilities
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and identity federation solutions (Human Identity, Agent Identity, Workload Identity)
  • Develop Policy-as-Code integrations and authorization services
  • Support deployment, troubleshooting, and operational maintenance across development, testing, and production
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation protocols, and monitoring tools
  • Participate in peer code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and operational runbooks

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience in cloud-native environments
  • Expertise in API development and microservices architecture
  • Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture principles
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Skills in Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps practices
  • Hands-on experience with identity standards: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM
  • Solid REST API development and secure coding practices
  • Proven problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
  • Positive attitude and ability to operate effectively within complex organizations
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
