Description

Design high-performance Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ, Billing, Contracts) enhanced by Agentforce automation. Architect autonomous agents and actions to support pricing, contract validation, and renewal decisions, and lead integration and governance across the Salesforce ecosystem and related ERP/PSA tools.

Responsibilities

• Solution architecture for Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Contracts) with Agentforce automation
• Enablement of Agentforce autonomous agents and actions for revenue workflows (pricing, contract validation, renewals)
• Platform strategy and integration between Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem
• Implementation leadership translating complex business needs into technical reality
• Integration design for secure connections between Salesforce, ERPs, and PSA solutions using modern APIs
• Define governance and standards, including best practices and AI execution boundaries for autonomous agent implementations
• Evaluate and recommend Revenue Cloud and AI capabilities
• Mentor clients and internal development teams as a technical advisor

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 5 years as an Architect
• Deep expertise in Revenue Cloud CPQ, Billing, and Asset Lifecycle; hands-on experience building Agentforce topics and actions for revenue workflows
• Experience with LLM-assisted design and “vibe coding” using natural language to generate Apex/Flow
• Experience with Agentforce Studio and Prompt Builder
• Mastery of Salesforce core platform including Sales, Service, and Data Cloud
• Knowledge of PSA tools (Certinia, Kantata) is a strong plus
• Proven track record designing complex ERP/HCM integrations and establishing governance for autonomous AI agents
• Strong communication skills to translate technical designs into business ROI and lead cross-functional teams
• Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect preferred
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant preferred
• Agentforce Specialist certification is a plus
