The Role

As a GRC Program Manager, you will partner with compliance engineers, security teams, and developers to design and scale processes that keep Commercial, International, and US Government businesses operating at high regulatory standards. The role involves stabilizing projects, removing roadblocks, and supporting compliance operations across multiple environments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and improve compliance processes and frameworks to scale GRC operations.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable workflows and ensure accountability across the compliance lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal and external audit cycles including FedRAMP, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
  • Track audit timelines, control implementation status, and continuous monitoring obligations.
  • Resolve issues that may impact project execution.
  • Collaborate across engineering, legal, and customer-facing teams to drive compliance deliverables.
  • Map regulatory strategy into actionable team tasks and priorities.
  • Support adoption and rollout of compliance-related product features and certifications.

What We Value

  • Experience managing compliance programs in enterprise software or startup environments.
  • Knowledge of GRC frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, IRAP, ENS, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD CC SRG, FISMA, and CMMC.
  • Strong judgment during audits and compliance incidents.
  • Project management experience supporting rapid iteration and scalable operations.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, auditors, regulators, and customer-facing teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to compliance quality.
  • Experience building and scaling compliance processes in regulated environments.
  • Experience with risk registers, risk assessments, and vendor risk programs.

What We Require

  • Ability to work from the listed country within commuting distance of a local office.
  • Willingness and eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance preferred.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $160,000 per year. Compensation may also include restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, and additional incentives.
