The Role
We're looking for an Internal Events & Talent Program Manager to join a cross-functional team responsible for the programs, experiences, and operations that support people and culture. The core of this role is building community by designing and executing events and programming that connect employees with the mission and values across global offices.
You will own the end-to-end delivery of internal events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale company-wide programming. In partnership with other Talent Program Managers, you will also support onboarding facilitation, employer branding, and external events while strengthening operational processes and removing roadblocks.
Core Responsibilities
- Primary operational owner of global internal events, including vision-setting, budget allocation, vendor management, and on-the-ground execution.
- Design programming that builds genuine community and reinforces mission and values.
- Support operational workflows across the People Experience team, including affinity and interest group programming and swag management.
- Facilitate new hire and intern onboarding as needed.
- Partner with Finance, Recruiting, Legal, Physical Security, and external vendors to manage full event logistics lifecycle.
- Identify and onboard new vendors and tools to scale capabilities.

Salary
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $103,000/year. Total compensation may include Restricted Stock Units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives, determined by qualifications, experience, and skills.
