GRC Program Manager

The Role

As a GRC Program Manager, you are responsible for supporting Governance, Risk, and Compliance programs across Commercial, International, and US Government environments. You will partner with compliance engineers, security teams, and developers to design and scale processes that maintain regulatory standards and support compliance operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, document, and improve compliance processes and frameworks to scale GRC operations across Commercial, IG, and USG environments.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable workflows and ensure accountability throughout the compliance lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal and external audit cycles including FedRAMP, SOC 2, and ISO 27001, ensuring evidence collection, remediation tracking, and stakeholder communication remain on schedule.
• Maintain oversight of audit timelines, control implementation status, and continuous monitoring obligations.
• Resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
• Enhance collaboration across engineering, legal, and customer-facing teams to support GRC deliverables through the software development and compliance lifecycle.
• Translate compliance goals into actionable team tasks and prioritize requests effectively.
• Support customer-facing engineering teams with adoption, rollout, and support of compliance-related features and certifications.

What We Value

• Experience managing compliance programs for enterprise software companies or startups.
• Experience with GRC frameworks and standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, IRAP, ENS, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD CC SRG, FISMA, and CMMC.
• Ability to perform effectively during audits or compliance incidents.
• Experience with lightweight project management frameworks and rapid iteration.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with internal teams, auditors, regulators, and customer-facing teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance and product quality.
• Experience building and scaling compliance processes in regulated environments.
• Experience with risk management methodologies, risk assessments, and vendor risk programs.

What We Require

• Ability to work from the country listed on the job posting and within commuting distance of the local office.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance preferred.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $160,000 per year. Total compensation may include restricted stock units, sign-on bonuses, and other incentives depending on qualifications, experience, and skills.
