Implementation Team Lead, Mid Market

The Opportunity

As the Implementation Team Lead, you will guide a team of Mid-Market Implementation Specialists to deliver onboarding experiences for new customers. This role combines leadership, operational improvement, KPI management, customer onboarding oversight, and technical escalation support.

What you'll do

• Provide daily guidance, coaching, and professional development for a team of Implementation Specialists.
• Partner with the Implementation Manager to track KPIs, analyze team capacity, and report on onboarding health metrics.
• Iterate on onboarding playbooks and frameworks to reduce friction and accelerate customer time-to-value.
• Act as the primary point of contact for complex technical hurdles or sensitive client escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales to refine handoffs and with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback.

The skills you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS.
• At least 1+ years in a leadership or senior/mentor capacity within Implementation or Success.
• Deep expertise in the SaaS implementation lifecycle.
• Proficiency using data tools such as Salesforce and Looker.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage team bandwidth.
• Ability to thrive in evolving startup environments.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in accounting or financial services SaaS.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, or onboarding-specific platforms.
