As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide behavioral expertise and guidance that helps students grow in independence and self-regulation. You’ll develop data-driven behavior support plans, train staff, and collaborate with school teams to promote meaningful progress.

What You’ll Need

  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Master’s degree in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
  • Experience supporting students with behavioral or developmental challenges
  • Strong data analysis and collaboration skills
  • Ability to coach, train, and support multidisciplinary staff
