Responsibilities

  • Leading, supporting, and encouraging paraprofessionals
  • Conducting patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans to support patients
  • Providing ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments
  • Providing parent trainings
  • Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis

Skills

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required
  • Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
