Responsibilities

  • Work with school teams to provide programmatic and individual behavioral supports
  • Provide bi-annual progress reporting on measurable data-driven goals
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) in collaboration with school teams
  • Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Train staff on behavioral strategies, BIPs, and data collection systems
  • Create and manage meaningful data collection systems; analyze data and modify interventions based on findings
  • Collaborate with school professionals and team members
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Lead Clinical Supervisor of Consultation
  • Maintain confidentiality of student information and records

Qualifications

  • NYS Driver’s License and proof of insurance

Ensures timely and accurate submission of session notes and records related to service provision and clinical integrity. Provides direct and/or indirect services to students and families, conducts evaluations, and provides coverage for staff absences as needed. Participates in collaborative team meetings with special educators, LBA/BCBAs, TAs/BTs/RBTs, related service providers, parents, and districts. Manages schedule, supervision, and evaluation of designated team members, including review of attendance entries and billing. Collaborates with recruitment, marketing, business management, and coordination teams. Supervises RBT or BCBA/LBA candidates as needed. Oversees Special Educators and Related Service Providers (TVI, TDHH, Reading Specialists) in schools, homes, and community settings. Attends and presents professional development trainings as required.
