About the Role
Airborne ABA is seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our growing team in Pueblo, Colorado. This role focuses on providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home and school settings. You will have the autonomy to manage your caseload while receiving strong administrative and clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and update treatment strategies
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care
- Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and clinical staff
- Maintain compliant documentation and uphold ethical standards
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- IS A MUST - NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
