Responsibilities: - Leading, supporting, and encouraging paraprofessionals - Conducting patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans - Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans to support patients - Providing ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments - Providing parent trainings - Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis Skills: - Minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis - BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required - Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings - Strong communication skills - Strong data collection and analysis skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required Benefits: - Flexible scheduling options - Professional development assistance - Opportunities for professional growth - User-friendly billing app provided for easy session tracking and note-taking - Flexible schedule
