As the BCBA at Rivermont Schools, you will design, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavioral programs that help students reach their full potential. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote positive behavior, skill development, and meaningful progress for every learner.

What You'll Need

  • Master’s degree in human services, education, psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or licensure eligibility as a Behavior Analyst by the Virginia Board of Medicine
  • Supervisory experience in a school or community-based setting serving individuals with disabilities
  • Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB) practices
  • Valid Virginia driver’s license in good standing
