Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage onsite construction as a unified and collaborative team
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects
  • Manage field responsibilities on medium to complex projects and/or several smaller project teams
  • Collaborate with the PM to create and maintain the project schedule
  • Lead new hire jobsite introductions and training
  • Conduct employee reviews
  • Collaborate with the estimating team during project bidding
  • Ensure quality control standards are met and submit Non-Conformance Reports
  • Assist PM in purchasing take-offs and project consumables
  • Review project documents, plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures daily
