Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Installer to lead plumbing installations, support field teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled plumber who takes pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and problem-solving. You'll play a key role in mentoring apprentices, coordinating with field leadership, and helping projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead installation of plumbing systems for residential and light commercial projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and engineering drawings
  • Coordinate with General Contractors, Project Managers, and field teams
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company quality standards
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve field issues
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials, labor, and project updates
  • Mentor and train apprentices and junior plumbers
  • Lead crews and support scheduling and workflow coordination
  • Ensure job site safety and enforce company safety procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in Michigan
  • 5+ years of plumbing installation experience preferred
  • Proven leadership or crew lead experience
