About the Role

We're seeking an exceptionally talented paralegal to support our in-house legal department. In this role, you'll provide critical support across contracts, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and legal operations.

This role is full-time on-site and based in Palo Alto, Austin, or Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting legal documents, contracts, agreements, and related materials.
  • Manage compliance for commercial and corporate agreements.
  • Support corporate governance, entity management, minute books, and regulatory filings.
  • Develop and implement processes to streamline legal operations and integrate technology tools.
  • Support the legal department with additional operational needs as required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong ownership mindset and enthusiasm for technology.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
