About the Role
We're seeking an exceptionally talented paralegal to support our in-house legal department. In this role, you'll provide critical support to the legal team across a variety of areas, including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and enhancing overall legal operations. We're seeking someone with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
This role is full-time on-site and based in Palo Alto, Austin, or Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage compliance for commercial and corporate agreements.
- Support corporate governance and entity management, minute books, and regulatory filings.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and implement processes to streamline legal operations, integrate technology tools, and drive overall efficiencies.
- Be a team player: pitch in for anything needed in the legal department, even if it's unfamiliar or outside your core responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong sense of ownership; inquisitive and enthusiastic about technology.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
$100,000 - $150,000 USD
