About the Role

The HR Business Partner team is a key partner in helping scale the organization and support its talented employees. The role supports both technical and non-technical teams across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, recognition, performance management, and organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Strategize with managers on recruitment strategy, skill needs, employee relations, rewards and recognition, and employee morale.
• Track people data and identify trends related to hiring, attrition, employee feedback, and compensation.
• Partner with compensation and benefits teams to administer and evaluate rewards programs.
• Support organizational design through re-orgs, management changes, leveling, titles, and reporting.
• Provide direct feedback and strategic guidance to managers and leadership teams.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an HR generalist or HRBP.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth business environments.
• Experience supporting technical teams in the tech industry.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating on global HR matters.
• Organizational consulting experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• $110,000 - $140,000 USD salary range.
