Job Description

The Corporate Security Community Ambassador serves as a highly visible, professional presence responsible for safeguarding a mixed-use campus, its tenants, visitors, employees, and community partners from safety and security risks. The role combines security operations with hospitality-focused support and incident response responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Safeguard the campus, tenants, visitors, employees, and community partners from security and safety hazards
  • Serve as the primary responder for safety, security, and medical incidents
  • Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, common spaces, and access points
  • Open, secure, and monitor gates and site access for tenants, vendors, visitors, and community events
  • Provide professional and welcoming security coverage for employees, guests, tenants, vendors, and event attendees
  • Support community events, nonprofit gatherings, and public programming through access control and safety monitoring
  • Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and operational risks and recommend mitigation measures
  • Support emergency response procedures for medical emergencies, fires, suspicious activity, and trespassing incidents
  • Coordinate with property management, contractors, emergency responders, and community partners
  • Maintain accurate incident reports, activity logs, and documentation
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate or campus security experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a California Guard Unarmed Card

  • Valid Driver's License
