We are currently looking to hire a Residential Security Agent to join our team embedded with our client in San Francisco, California.

This position is onsite.

Job Description

The Residential Security Agent (RSA) will serve a critical security function while maintaining a customer service-focused approach. The RSA will act as a member of the client's residential physical security team providing onsite security services. The individual will monitor access control systems, support incident management, and coordinate emergency response. This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts including 24/7 coverage including weekends and holidays. Schedules will be established in advance for a '4/3 and 3/4' schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Support threat management and emergency response as the first point of contact for client security needs
  • Monitor and manage camera systems, access control technology, and other security tools
  • Monitor critical facility functions as assigned by the client
  • Address unknown visitors, phone calls, and other contacts
  • Maintain open communication regarding client needs, requests, service issues, and deliverables
  • Provide high-standard customer service for clients, guests, and staff
  • Ensure client deliverables are met across the full suite of security services
  • Communicate risks to personnel, property, or privacy
  • Complete required plans, surveys, or reports
  • Assist with customer service issues to maintain service quality
  • Communicate professionally with co-workers, management, and clients

Required Qualifications

  • Current CA state guard card
