THE OPPORTUNITY - 7 acute beds and up to 5 swing beds - No ICU - Average daily census: 7-8 max - EMR: Epic - Some subspecialty and ancillary support - Some procedures required - Lodging and office space designated for hospitalist team provided COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Contractor (1099) status - Daily stipend plus productivity-based incentive compensation options - Shift-based bonus available - Billing submitted by RPG - Housing provided - Malpractice insurance provided SCHEDULE & ACCOMMODATIONS - Consistent placement with the ability to plan schedule months in advance - Minimum 5-day stretch per month required - Dedicated private and comfortable quarters/call-room QUALIFICATIONS - Board certified in family or internal medicine - Active state licensure or ability to obtain - Ability to perform full scope of practice - Clean malpractice and disciplinary history - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Prior experience required - Proficiency and willingness to perform some mainline procedures
