Rural Physicians Group (RPG) is seeking a hospitalist to provide care at Willapa Harbor Hospital, serving a rural and medically underserved community with a flexible schedule and professional autonomy.

The Opportunity

7 acute beds and up to 5 swing beds
No ICU
Average daily census: 7–8 max
EMR: Epic
Some subspecialty and ancillary support
Some procedures required
Lodging and designated office space provided

Compensation & Benefits

Contractor (1099) status
Daily stipend plus productivity-based incentives
Shift-based bonus available
Billing submitted by RPG
Housing provided
Malpractice insurance provided

Schedule & Accommodations

Consistent placement with schedule planning months in advance
Minimum 5-day stretch per month required
Dedicated private and comfortable quarters/call-room

Qualifications

Board certified in family or internal medicine
Active state licensure or ability to obtain
Ability to perform full scope of practice
Clean malpractice and disciplinary history
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Prior experience required
Proficiency and willingness to perform mainline procedures
