Position Overview

Digi Security Systems is seeking a TEMP Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory, equipment, and materials at the Dallas, TX branch. The Inventory Coordinator ensures that all materials, equipment, and parts are received, organized, kitted, and accounted for so that field technicians can execute projects and service calls without delay.

This role will receive, organize, and kit equipment for jobs, maintain inventory counts for the internal warehouse, and perform administrative duties related to inventory operations.

Candidates should have at least 1-3 years of experience in inventory management and exceptional computer, communication, administrative, and organizational skills. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in commercial construction, low-voltage, or electrical industries.

The warehouse is located in Dallas and daily commuting is expected.

Job Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Kit and prepare items for projects and service calls

  • Utilize inventory management software and tools to maintain accurate records

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct quality checks on incoming and existing inventory
  • Coordinate, track, and ship project and service RMA equipment
