About the project
Efectivo is a platform supporting warehouse and production management based on real-time data. The system combines software, hardware, and telemetry to support operations in logistics and industrial environments.
We are looking for a person who will take ownership of the quality process and help organize and scale QA across the entire product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Building and maintaining the testing strategy for the entire Efectivo ecosystem
Leading the QA process for changes involving backends, frontend, data aggregator, firmware/hardware, and simulators
Defining entry/exit criteria for testing, release gates, smoke/regression scope, and go/no-go decisions
Prioritizing quality risks in cooperation with product and engineering teams
Organizing QA work: planning, delegating, mentoring, and reviewing tests and reports
Developing and maintaining test automation: API, E2E, smoke tests, and integration validation
Analyzing issues on the level of data, logs, CI/CD, WebSocket/MQTT, databases, queues, and environments
Documenting test plans, results, risks, limitations, and release recommendations
Ensuring the quality of reporting data and handling environment-related edge cases
Must-have
Minimum 5 years of QA experience
