About the Position
LBAPS is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated HR Case Manager to join our growing team. This position combines human resources, recruiting, employee support, and staffing coordination.
You will work closely with managers, clinical teams, and administrative staff to support our growing organization and help us continue delivering exceptional services to the children and families we serve.

Responsibilities
- Manage HR cases and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Work closely with department managers and leadership teams to address staffing needs.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Assist with intake operations and coordinate communication with families and providers.
- Conduct interviews for administrative, clinical, and support staff positions.
- Recruit and source Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Build relationships with candidates, providers, and recruiting sources.
- Partner with Operations and Payroll teams to support company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, employee relations, recruiting, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance guidelines preferred.
- Experience conducting interviews and supporting recruitment efforts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience in healthcare, ABA services, therapy, or social services is preferred but not required.
- Experience recruiting RBTs and BCBAs is a plus.
