About the Role

Kelso Industries is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager to help build and improve the programs, processes, tools, reporting, and recruitment marketing infrastructure that support our Talent Acquisition team.

This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership, focused on creating structure, solving process problems, managing programs, and turning ideas into repeatable tools and workflows. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, recruiters, HR, Marketing/Communications, and business leaders to drive consistency, visibility, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Build and improve recruiting processes, workflows, templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify recruiting trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop operating frameworks for university recruiting, trade school partnerships, military and veteran hiring, internships, and hiring events.
  • Maintain trackers, outreach templates, workflows, and program reporting.
  • Align recruiting programs with workforce needs in partnership with business leaders.
  • Build and enhance recruitment marketing materials, employer brand content, and candidate-facing messaging.
  • Create and maintain job ad templates, campaign messaging, social recruiting materials, and hiring event collateral.
  • Track effectiveness of job boards, social platforms, career pages, events, and source data.
  • Develop hiring manager tools including intake guides, interview guides, scorecards, and process maps.
  • Manage TA project plans, milestones, risks, and reporting dashboards.
  • Drive consistent usage of Greenhouse and support Workday ATS readiness.
  • Monitor recruiting data quality, reporting accuracy, and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, HR operations, program management, or related area.
  • 1+ years experience with university, trade school, military recruiting, internships, hiring events, or recruitment marketing.
  • Experience building employer branding and EVP content.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse or Workday preferred).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with recruiting data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ability to build scalable processes, tools, templates, and workflows.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and attention to detail.
