Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruiting team and own the end-to-end hiring function across field and corporate roles nationwide. This role is responsible for recruiting operations, ATS management, sourcing strategy, recruiter development, hiring analytics, vendor spend optimization, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Design & ATS Ownership: Build and maintain Greenhouse as the system of record, including pipeline stages, templates, scorecards, integrations, and reporting.

Qualifications & Characteristics

Required:
