The opportunity
This is a critical role within the HRIS team, focusing on US Payroll, absence, and time tracking within the Workday platform. The role partners closely with HR Operations and IT teams to ensure systems are robust, compliant, and user-friendly. Responsibilities include configuring new Workday modules, troubleshooting complex payroll issues, and driving process improvements for absence management while building scalable and efficient HR systems.
You will
- Manage and optimize Workday configurations and processes for US Payroll, absence, and time tracking.
- Provide expert support and configuration across Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Integrations.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and resolve complex HRIS issues.
- Lead or participate in HRIS projects including system enhancements, new module implementations, and process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, regular audits, and accurate reporting within Workday.
You should have
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS with strong focus on Workday.
- Deep functional expertise in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
