The People team ensures we attract, develop, and retain top talent to redefine global trade. As an Onsite Human Resources Manager, you will be the dedicated HR leader for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center. This hands-on role partners directly with fulfillment center leadership, managing all HR functions for a large workforce while shaping employee experience, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring compliant operations.
You will:
- Serve as the primary HR partner for the Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on people-related matters.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead employee relations efforts, conduct investigations, mediate conflicts, and ensure fair policy application.
- Drive HR program implementation, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
You should have:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an onsite operational environment (fulfillment center, manufacturing, or warehouse).
- Expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR best practices for non-exempt workforces.
- Experience managing HR functions independently for a specific site or business unit.
- Strong ability to partner with and influence site leadership.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
