Key Responsibilities
- Classify scanned documents by checking form fields and inputting information into pre-defined fields
- Ensure the quality of scanned documents
- Process documents while maintaining accuracy according to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Match corresponding paperwork to accounts and apply appropriate business rules
- Adhere to governmental regulations and company policies and procedures
- Protect organizational assets and maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Uphold ethical standards and comply with business principles
- Assist in other operational areas as needed
