About the Role

Inspire offers a first-of-its-kind medical device designed to make a difference in the lives of those living with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). The FDA-approved device is designed to reduce OSA severity for patients who cannot tolerate or benefit consistently from CPAP therapy.

Essential Job Functions

The Territory Manager leads commercialization activities introducing OSA therapy within an assigned sales territory. Performance objectives include achieving sales plan targets and therapy awareness milestones while assessing and activating new accounts.

Opportunities in This Role

  • Develop solid understanding of OSA technology, device implantation, and follow-up procedures.
  • Drive implant growth through account activation and efficient patient throughput.
  • Conduct commercial site assessment, selection, and development.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quota.
  • Ensure adherence to patient selection guidelines, implant techniques, and therapy methods.
  • Facilitate local payer education and development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to enhance outreach programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sales experience; or 5 years relevant sales experience; or 3 years direct clinical experience with the therapy.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
  • Ability to travel within territory, including overnight travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience assisting with implantation and follow-up of implantable devices.
  • Experience in market development and referral program building within the medical industry.
  • Product launch and account management experience.
