Essential Job Functions
The Territory Manager leads commercialization activities introducing OSA therapy within an assigned sales territory. Performance objectives include achieving sales plan targets and therapy awareness milestones while assessing and activating new accounts.

Territory Manager Base salary $75,000 General Responsibilities: Reports to the Regional Sales Director and has responsibility for managing the specific territory Provide leadership and performance to ensure that company goals are achieved Target, qualify, and train key spine surgeons and start the scheduling of cases to implant the iFuse system Coordinate training of all local surgeons Meet goals and quotas communicated by the Regional Sales Director Meet with key opinion leaders in spine to drive company business and acceptance of SIJ diagnosis and treatment Coordinate the hospital approval process and the referring surgeon education programs to the local communities of pain management physicians Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with all applicable worldwide regulatory requirements as included in the scope of the SI-BONE Quality Manual Act and conduct company business in an honest, ethical and strictly legal manner, complying with the Code of Conduct, company policies, the AdvaMed Code and all applicable laws and regulations Report any suspected violations of laws, regulations, the Code or any other Company policy and other suspected unethical behavior Specific Responsibilities and Skills: Establish rapport and a solid working relationship with surgeons and hospital staff Manage all travel & entertainment expenses responsibly and within company operating budgets Work closely with sales management to align priorities and ensure successful endpoints are achieved and timelines are met Execute and refine clinical support, selling, referral education programs and reimbursement strategy Provide reporting materials and communicate effectively to the Regional Sales Manager and Senior Management Team as required Develop rapport with key leaders in the spine field In-service and educate nurses and scrub technicians in operating room setup and use of SI-BONE instruments during the iFuse surgical procedure Consult with X-Ray Technicians and obtain necessary images required during the iFuse surgical procedure Answer surgeon questions pertaining to the iFuse procedure during surgery In-service and educate sterile processing department on care, handling, and sterilization parameters of the iFuse instrument system Manage implant shelf life and instrument sets; return damaged or expired products Provide information to circulating nurses and operating room purchasing departments on implants and disposal items used during the iFuse procedure Hold product or quality documentation from shipment or further processing in the event of potential non-compliance with applicable standards or regulations and report to Quality and/or Regulatory and management Support the SI-BONE Quality System Expertise: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work with senior management Consistent history of strong leadership, self-starter attitude and team building Excellent oral and written communication skills Proactive approach with initiative and perseverance High integrity, strong work ethic and passion to succeed Knowledge and familiarity of applicable regulations and standards including ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745 and ISO 14971 Knowledge, Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of territory sales management experience in a high-growth medical device organization selling to a medical specialty practice Experience in Orthopedics highly desired Spine experience a plus Experience working with local spine surgeons and product advocates
