Territory Manager
Base salary $75,000

General Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Regional Sales Director and manages the assigned territory
  • Provide leadership and performance to achieve company goals
  • Target, qualify, and train key spine surgeons and schedule cases to implant the iFuse system
  • Coordinate training of local surgeons
  • Meet goals and quotas set by the Regional Sales Director
  • Engage key opinion leaders in spine to drive acceptance of SIJ diagnosis and treatment
  • Coordinate hospital approval processes and referring surgeon education programs
  • Ensure compliance with worldwide regulatory requirements within the SI-BONE Quality Manual
  • Conduct business ethically and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Report suspected violations or unethical behavior

Specific Responsibilities and Skills

  • Establish strong working relationships with surgeons and hospital staff
  • Manage travel and entertainment expenses within approved budgets
  • Align with sales management to achieve timelines and objectives
  • Execute and refine clinical support, selling, referral education, and reimbursement strategies
  • Provide required reporting and maintain open communication with leadership
  • Develop relationships with key leaders in the spine field
  • In-service and educate nurses and scrub technicians on operating room setup and use of SI-BONE instruments during the iFuse procedure
  • Consult with X-Ray Technicians to obtain necessary surgical images
  • Answer surgeon questions during the iFuse procedure
  • Educate sterile processing departments on care and sterilization of the iFuse instrument system
  • Manage implant shelf life and instrument sets; return damaged or expired products
  • Provide implant and disposal item information to circulating nurses and purchasing departments
  • Hold product or quality documentation in cases of potential non-compliance and report to Quality and Regulatory
  • Support the SI-BONE Quality System
