As a Director, Life Sciences at Iterative Health you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across our clinical trials business. This highly visible, external-facing role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding partnerships with biopharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors, helping bring innovative therapies to patients through cutting-edge clinical research.

You will own the full business development lifecycle—from market engagement and opportunity identification through proposal development, contract negotiation, and partnership expansion. This individual will collaborate closely with clinical operations, product, scientific, and executive leadership teams to develop commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and strengthen Iterative Health's position as a trusted partner in driving innovations in specialty research.

Where You'll Drive Impact

  • Serve as a primary commercial representative to prospective and existing biopharma, biotech, and clinical research partners
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sponsor engagement, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with key decision-makers across clinical development, clinical operations, medical affairs, and strategic outsourcing functions
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal execution

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, clinical research, life sciences, or related commercial roles
  • Demonstrated success developing and closing partnerships with biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations
