That’s why we’re looking for a Project Manager who thinks systemically, acts proactively, and can maintain structure even in complex projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, bridging the gap between client needs and our internal, cross-functional teams. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects, with a specific focus on serving and growing our portfolio of clients in the Middle East (MENA region). You will be responsible for delivery, profitability, and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with our partners.

This is more than just a task-management role; we are looking for a true owner who can navigate the complexities of project execution, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the evolution of our AI-first project management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management & Business Development:

    • Create and manage work orders based on client requirements and team capacity

    • Prepare compelling business proposals based on client needs and profitability calculations

    • Proactively manage delivery timelines and ensure smooth order processing

    • Identify upsell opportunities and think strategically about expanding our partnerships

  • Team & Resource Management:

    • Monitor team capacity and allocate resources effectively across projects

    • Plan for substitutions and manage ad-hoc changes within the team

    • Support the onboarding and offboarding of team members (access, approvals, NDAs)

  • Financial & Administrative Oversight:

    • Supervise the accuracy of data in billing systems and support the invoicing process

    • Monitor budget utilization and track hours worked against allocated budgets

    • Communicate discrepancies and issues promptly, and monitor client receivables

  • Project Execution & Quality:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams (Analytics, Design, Dev, etc.)

    • Gather and structure project status updates from stream leaders to ensure clear data flow

    • Actively support the resolution of daily project issues and manage pressure effectively

    • Support quality control for strategically important deliverables

    • Manage projects using agile methodologies (1-2 week sprints) within Jira and other PM tools

  • Stakeholder & Risk Management:

    • Build and nurture relationships with partners, with a deep understanding of the cultural and business specifics of clients from the MENA region

    • Proactively manage risks, including availability during holidays and breaks across our team, vendors, and clients

    • Communicate effectively to keep all stakeholders aligned on project goals

  • Process Improvement:

    • Constantly engage in the development of tools and processes to support AI-first project management

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in project management, preferably within a digital agency or tech environment delivering products involving UX/UI design, development, and research

  • Middle East Focus: Must have prior experience working directly with clients from the Middle East (MENA region) and a solid understanding of the business culture

  • Technical & Methodological Knowledge: Strong familiarity with project management software, especially Jira and time-tracking tools (experience with Productive is a plus). Solid understanding of modern technology capabilities and constraints

  • Communication: Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English (C1/C2 level) . Excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and align internal teams

  • Leadership & Ownership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10-15 members with a product-focused mindset. You take full responsibility for project execution and are a proactive, solution-oriented problem solver

  • Business Acumen: A knack for identifying business opportunities and a strong understanding of budget management, profitability, and reporting

Build and own key services end-to-end—from architecture and design to implementation and deployment. Ensure high system availability and performance through observability, alerting and on-call support. Drive architectural discussions and help guide the evolution of Box’s security infrastructure. Collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers and security teams to define and deliver robust secure device management and access control capabilities over multiple-quarter long initiatives. Participate in our on-call rotation, available at all times while on-call to help respond to and triage any issues that arise. Who You Are We are an AI-first company. You have 10+ years of experience in backend development, including leading significant technical initiatives. You’ve worked on mission-critical systems , ideally in areas like identity, authentication, OAuth, or access control . You write clean, maintainable code in Java. You have experience operating large-scale distributed systems with high uptime and security expectations. You’re comfortable mentoring engineers and collaborating across cross-functional teams. You thrive in a well-structured environment and enjoy building scalable solutions in established, mature systems Preferred Experience Experience in enterprise security or authentication domains. Familiarity with zero trust models and device security posture management. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms like GCP , AWS , or Azure . Experience with PHP, TypeScript and React.
