Role areas:
Leading enterprise software implementation projects – Managing the full project lifecycle for PLM/MOM or ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and integration projects for enterprise-level customers across the EMEA region, across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
Project financial management and risk ownership – Accountability for delivering against approved budgets and margins, active risk and escalation management, project status reporting and forecasting for both customers and internal stakeholders.
Team coordination and customer relationship management – Leading internal technical teams and subcontractors, direct engagement with external customers at both operational and strategic levels, running 2–5 projects simultaneously.
What you need to join us:
Must have:
Proven experience leading software delivery projects (implementation or migration or upgrade or integration), including post-go-live customer support.
Experience with enterprise-level software, eg.: PLM, MOM (e.g. Teamcenter, Opcenter) or SAP or ERP or equivalent – particularly in automotive, aerospace, or defence industries.
Experience working directly with external customers in a commercial project environment.
Fluent English and Polish, both spoken and written.
At least a basic understanding of engineering processes (not only business-level process orientation).
Residence or citizenship in Poland with the right to work here.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of PLM/MOM platforms: Teamcenter or Opcenter.
PM certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM.
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies (the delivery framework used is Agile-based, built on SAFe).
Stronger technical knowledge of system architecture – a definite plus.
Knowledge of industry-specific norms and standards (automotive, aerospace, defence).
