About the role

As a Senior Project Manager Officer, you will be accountable for executing a diverse range of projects that support our digitization of HR processes. You will monitor the budget, track IT expenses and maintain project documentation across the sub-tower. You will be responsible for facilitating best practices to ensure overall project governance standards are met.

How you will get the job done

  • supporting Program/Project Managers in tracking the status of program deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues; tracking and reporting on the progress

  • outputting project financial analysis, project status and other regular or on-demand reports, coordinating the regular project and program reporting cycle

  • preparing project meetings, workshops and steering committees, participates and ensures follow-up work

  • performing project resource management-related tasks from onboarding to work effort reporting control

  • managing different PM tools, e.g. Clarity, SAP, Dashboards, others

  • implementing, coordinating, and improving project governance arrangements and communication. Ensuring that project plans and project documentation are complete, delivered on time, and up to date

  • offering a project-internal coaching on specific PMO standards, tools, techniques, processes, procedures, methodologies, process model and compliance, and shares knowledge in user groups

  • steering and coordinating other PMOs, supporting project managers and assuming deputy functions

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English

  • university degree, preferably in Business Administration, IT or a similar qualification

  • more than 5 years of practical experience in the field of PMO, Project Management or a comparable position (preferred in IT-related environments)

  • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and in the usage of Sharepoint, Jira, AzureDevOps, Confluence and PPM tools

  • ability to manage project costs and budgets to agreed baselines

  • ability and drive to learn new expertise in a fast-paced environment, and to develop

  • demonstrated personal organizational skills, communicative and proactive attitude

  • preferably, you are already ITIL, Scrum or PMI certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support

  • demonstrated ability to work globally across businesses and international cultures to deliver results
