About the team:

At  TT PSC we are looking for a motivated and well-organized person to join our team as a  PMO Support Specialist. 

This role is a great opportunity for someone interested in project management, PMO, and operational support, who would like to develop within the IT area and Industry 4.0 environment. 

You will support Project Managers and management teams in coordinating projects, organizing operational activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day collaboration between technical and business teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Project Managers in daily coordination activities. 

  • Maintaining project documentation, reports, presentations, and operational summaries. 

  • Supporting project settlements and administrative activities in Maconomy, including timesheet verification and invoicing coordination. 

  • Collecting and organizing input from architects, technical teams, and stakeholders. 

  • Monitoring project data and ensuring information consistency across systems and tools. 

  • Working with tools such as Jira, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Maconomy. 

  • Supporting Agile ways of working and helping teams maintain effective project

Our Requirements:

  • Agile mindset and strong collaboration skills. 

  • 1+ year of experience in project management, PMO, or management support roles in the IT area. 

  • Very good English communication skills (written and spoken). 

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills. 

  • Experience in using tools like Jira, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: PMO/ Senior Remediation Coordinator The individual in this role plays a key part in supporting remediation execution by closely monitoring and tracking progress across multiple service areas covering applications within the scope of improvement initiatives. This person ensures effective communication and coordination with stakeholders, facilitates timely reporting, and supports the prompt identification and escalation of issues. The role is essential for maintaining momentum and transparency throughout remediation activities, enabling the project to achieve its objectives and deliver expected outcomes. The analyst is responsible for coordinating with key points of contact and technical leads across several service areas, as well as tracking the completion of remediation activities for a portfolio of applications within a defined reporting period. Work 3 days from the office per week + 2 days remotely Responsibilities: Tracking the remediation progress in Service Domain Technical Lead level and nominated Point of Contacts when relevant Prepare and facilitate monthly meetings with stakeholders Ensure that sufficient progress report have been received to all applications Update and report the progress forward for reporting team (for SATL / COO) and to the relevant documents Maintain and enhance good communication with business area representatives and monitor them on the base of remediation activities progress Ensure relevant updates are communicated to Service Domains to make Escalate and handle issues and other dependencies with WS2 lead Requirements: Good PowerPoint skills and basic skills using Excel as they are the primary tools used Experience managing smaller projects incl. ability to keep an overview of a larger portfolio of small projects and teams, secure progress in remediation activities, assist in handling delays and impediments and reporting for the teams Ability to stay on top of deadlines and comprehensive communicative skills to make sure that all inputs from various teams are delivered correctly and on time for the COO/SATL/SDTL report & meetings Strong communication skills and ability to convey messages to stakeholder in a clear and professional manner Relevant experience with Kanban boards and tools such as Jira will be beneficial, to support the development of Uplift Application Failover in Jira Great stakeholder management as the resource will have to engage with stakeholders across the organization Very good command of English, both spoken and written Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
