Overview
For a demanding client project in the network domain (e.g., firewall, end-of-life, service fulfillment), we are looking for an experienced Coordinator (m/f/d) who acts as a central interface between technical teams, customers, and management.
This role combines operational coordination, strong communication skills, and structured change management in a dynamic and partly regulated environment.
Role Objective
The Coordinator ensures that changes and service requests are delivered efficiently, with high quality, and in alignment with customer requirements and internal governance structures.
Your Responsibilities:
Participate regularly in customer meetings and actively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Present and align changes with the customer (in close coordination with technical teams)
Plan, coordinate, and schedule changes
Obtain and track approvals (e.g., within CAB processes)
Ensure quality and completeness of change documentation (including risk analysis and rollback scenarios)
Create, review, and present reports and status updates
Coordinate and steer external consultants in day-to-day operations
Support and back up fellow coordinators
Facilitate and lead meetings with technical teams and, if required, customers
Must-have:
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
