Handle comprehensive project reporting and effectively manage client feedback. Build, maintain, and manage direct relationships with key client stakeholders. Track project performance, improve the KPI framework, and measure the impact of AI on developer productivity. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and client expectations. Lead and manage the project team, providing mentorship and guidance for key engineers Min requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing software development projects. Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid model ( strictly 3 days a week from the Kraków office ). Would be a plus: Previous experience managing projects in rapidly growing teams or scaling delivery frameworks.
