Due to continued growth, we are hiring an Agile Project Manager to join our client in Cork to lead and enable cross-functional product teams to deliver outcome-driven solutions through Agile practices, while embedding AI-enabled ways of working to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Product & Value Delivery

·       Lead teams to deliver iterative, value-driven outcomes aligned to priorities.

·       Translate objectives into prioritised and outcome-focused delivery plans.

·       Partner with Product roles to support clear backlog definition and value realisation.

·       Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into product and delivery outcomes.

 

AI-Enabled Delivery Execution

·       Embed AI into delivery ways of working to enhance:

o   Planning and estimation

o   Delivery tracking and reporting

o   Quality and testing

·       Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and reduce manual overhead.

·       Ensure responsible, secure and effective use of AI across teams.

 

Team Leadership & Enablement

·       Build and support high-performing, self-organising teams.

·       Coach teams in Agile best practices and AI-assisted delivery approaches.

·       Foster a culture of Accountability, Collaboration and Continuous learning and improvement.

 

Planning & Flow Optimisation

·       Drive adaptive planning across sprints, releases, and delivery timelines.

·       Use data and insights to:

o   Improve predictability

o   Identify delivery risks and bottlenecks

o   Optimise flow and throughput

o   Balance pace, quality, and sustainability of delivery

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Transparency

·       Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across business and IT.

·       Provide clear, structured and insight-driven updates.

·       Use data and AI-enabled reporting to improve Transparency, Decision-making and Alignment.

 

Continuous Improvement & Alignment

·       Lead continuous improvement across:

o   Team performance

o   Delivery processes

o   Product outcomes

·       Use retrospectives and delivery metrics to drive evidence-based improvements.

·       Align with Product Delivery Hub standards and practices, contributing to consistent ways of working across the organisation.

 

Requirements:

 

·       7+ years in Agile delivery roles (Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master)

·       Agile certification (Scrum, SAFe or equivalent)

·       Experience working in or alongside product-based delivery models

·       Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and modern delivery practices

·       Practical understanding of AI/Generative AI capabilities

·       Strong data literacy with ability to interpret and act on delivery insights

·       Experience with Jira, Confluence and delivery tooling
