Summary: The IT Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing international software project management and ensuring successful delivery through effective facilitation and process implementation within a diverse team environment. Responsibilities: Manage international software projects, ensuring plans, execution, monitoring, and risk management are effectively handled. Facilitate effective meetings based on prepared materials to ensure clear communication and coordination. Implement and describe processes that enhance project delivery and team collaboration. Coordinate operational tasks, including service requests management and periodic reviews. Conduct financial reviews, ensuring accurate forecasts and managing purchase orders. Prepare quarterly planning and oversee task assignments to dependent teams. Onboard and train new team members while managing approvals and changes in project management tools.
