About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master to serve as a key enabler of agility across our organization. In this role, you will support teams and leaders in effectively applying Agile principles, fostering self‑organization, and continuously improving ways of working.
Combining hands‑on Scrum Master support with broader coaching, education, and change initiatives, you will play an important role in shaping a sustainable Agile culture and creating an environment that enables efficient delivery of value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile Transformation & Organizational Development
Coach Agile principles, practices, and mindsets.
Facilitate all Scrum events, ensuring they are effective, time‑boxed, and value‑driven.
Partner with Product Owners and Tema Leads to refine backlog prioritisation and clarity of outcomes.
Foster a safe environment that encourages open communication, constructive feedback, and experimentation.
Guide teams in applying Agile techniques such as backlog refinement, story slicing, estimation, and flow optimization.
Promote continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and follow‑up on action items.
Help teams identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, facilitating alignment with stakeholders.
Model Agile leadership behaviors and champion a culture of learning, experimentation, and innovation.
Professional Experience
5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile delivery role.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software delivery lifecycle.
Background in product development, operations, or technology‑driven environments is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and facilitation skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
Familiarity with scaling approaches (e.g. Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe) is a plus, but not required.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.
Strong coaching skills, with the ability to support individuals, teams, and leaders toward greater autonomy and effectiveness.
Excellent facilitation capabilities, including engaging retrospectives, workshops, and problem‑solving sessions.
Ability to foster psychological safety, open communication, and constructive feedback.
Certifications (Nice to Have)
Agile certifications such as PSM I/II, CSP‑SM, ICP‑ACC, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
Coaching certifications (e.g. ICF, ICP‑ATF, ICP‑ACC) are an advantage.
