  • Koordynacja pracy zespołu DBA: planowanie i priorytetyzacja zadań, nadzór nad realizacją SLA, eskalacje, raportowanie statusu i ryzyk.

  • Działanie jako 2. linia wsparcia: przyjmowanie zgłoszeń, nadzór nad ich terminowym i kompletnym rozwiązaniem, współpraca z zespołami aplikacyjnymi i projektowymi

  • Administracja bazami Oracle (11g/12c/19g): tworzenie i utrzymanie środowisk produkcyjnych i testowych, konfiguracja, klonowanie, migracje, optymalizacja wydajności, rozwiązywanie incydentów i problemów, weryfikacja logów, gotowość do reakcji na awarie.

  • Backup & Recovery: nadzór nad strategią tworzenia backupów oraz odzyskiwania danych, testy odtwarzania

  • Monitorowanie i pojemność: bieżący monitoring obciążenia i efektywności DB, monitoring zajętości tablespaces i filesystemów, analiza trendów, planowanie pojemności.

  • Wdrożenia i zmiany: wdrażanie pakietów DB w ramach procesów projektowych, proponowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań zwiększających dostępność i wydajność środowisk

  • Patching i compliance: regularne patchowanie kluczowych środowisk (np. CRM), zarządzanie oknami serwisowymi, zapewnienie zgodności z politykami bezpieczeństwa i audytami, nadzór nad prawidłowością licencjonowania środowisk bazodanowych.

  • Bezpieczeństwo: kontrola dostępu, przeglądy uprawnień, zgodność z wytycznymi (audyty, RODO, NIS2).

  • Integracje danych: przepływy z/do systemów nie‑Oracle (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).

Wymagania:

  • Min. 3 lata doświadczenia w administracji bazami danych (DBA) z Oracle 11g/12c/19c.

  • Oracle & ekosystem: bardzo dobra znajomość SQL i PL/SQL, RMAN, OEM/Cloud Control, umiejętność czytania AWR, mile widziana znajomość RAC/Data Guard 

  • Backup/Recovery & HA: projektowanie i testowanie strategii kopii zapasowych, odtwarzanie, zapewnienie ciągłości działania.

  • Systemy operacyjne: dobra znajomość Linux/Unix (filesystemy, LVM), podstawy sieci (TCP/IP), świadomość zależności storage/I/O.

  • Bezpieczeństwo: kontrola dostępu, audyt, hardening.

  • Scripting i automatyzacja: Bash/Python do zadań operacyjnych
