Business Transformation Analyst I & II

Andrew Morgan LLC (AM) is a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone SB. We are seeking two qualified Business Transformation Analysts at varying experience levels to join our team supporting our Department of Defense (DoD) Client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Transformation Analyst Level I

  • Support process documentation and improvement initiatives
    Assist in transformation, automation, and change efforts
    Support development of SOPs and process flows
  • Knowledge of:
    • Business process analysis
      Transformation initiatives
    • Process mapping and documentation

Business Transformation Analyst Level II

  • Lead process transformation across A-123, FSCR, P2P, UoT, and Asset Reporting
    Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions
    Support audit plan execution and audit remediation strategy
    Drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements
    Develop training materials, SOPs, and governance frameworks
    Knowledge of:
    • IT audit, RMF, FISCAM
    • Financial/business transformation
      Audit remediation and process improvement
      Automation and strategic initiatives
    • Financial operations and audit frameworks
      Transformation methodologies
      Federal/DoD business environments

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • FIAR / A-123 / audit remediation experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale federal transformations
  • Air Force financial operations familiarity

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
