Data Analyst II

Andrew Morgan LLC (AM) is a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone SB. We are seeking two qualified Data Analysts at varying experience levels to join our team supporting our Department of Defense (DoD) Client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysts Level I

• Support data analysis, cleansing, and reporting efforts
• Assist with data calls, audit samples, and reporting requirements
• Develop basic visualizations and reports
• Knowledge of:
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Databases or visualization tools
  • Data structures and analysis basics

Accountant Level II

• Perform advanced analytics supporting UoT, FSCR, P2P, and Asset Reporting
• Develop automation scripts, reconciliation tools, and dashboards
• Support end-to-end transaction traceability (UoT framework)
• Analyze data flows across financial systems (DEAMS, GAFS-R, DDRS, etc.)
• Support AI/ML, RPA, and automation initiatives
• Knowledge of:
  • Data analytics and automation
  • Financial data reconciliation and traceability
  • BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Databricks)
  • Python, SQL, R, or similar
  • Data pipelines and system integration
  • Financial system data environments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Secret Clearance
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and documentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with UoT or audit analytics
• Familiarity with Advana, VAULT, or DoD data environments
• Experience supporting FIAR or audit data calls

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
