We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer (SAM & ITOM) to play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for an international client in the logistics and aviation industry. This position requires strong expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITOM modules, as well as senior-level technical experience in enterprise environments.

Project scope:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on SAM and ITOM modules in enterprise environments

  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions

  • Ensure integration with key enterprise systems and platforms

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure and application teams

  • Act as a technical point of contact, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle

  • Support stakeholders in technical decision-making and solution design

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation

  • Apply ServiceNow best practices and standards across all developments

Key implementation areas (SAM & ITOM):

  • Integration with Oracle and SSO providers (Microsoft Entra ID) to support data collection and software usage visibility

  • Integration with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, SAP (ABAP & SuccessFactors), IBM / Red Hat, and GitHub

  • Implementation and optimization of ITOM Discovery using Agent Client Collector

  • Enhancement of existing integrations (Miro, Jira, Confluence, DocuSign, Slack), including transition from MFT to direct ServiceNow integrations

Competence demands:

  • At least 5+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments

  • Proven development experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITOM

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development practices
